They call this the "pirate" blouse, with its' deep scoop neckline (it's elasticised so you can wear it 'off shoulder' if you want,) that has ruffles and lace all 'round, long sleeves that bell out at the cuff with another trim of lace, a broad swath of smocking that defines the waist and the most magnificent layered skirt.
